The South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is a specialist trust providing community, mental health and learning disability services to the people of Calderdale, Kirklees, Wakefield and Barnsley. They also provide medium secure forensic services to the whole of Yorkshire and the Humber. The NHS is experiencing increasing challenges and considerable change; our integrated team have provided solutions and resources to deal with many challenges, including:

  • Funding issues, £9m of savings required in order for the Trust to achieve its financial plan, and income remains reliant on achieving quality KPI’s
  • Providing a safe working environment for nearly 4,400 employees over 12 sites
