Constructing Excellence has launched an industry-wide programme exploring how organisations across the Constructing Excellence movement can apply Artificial Intelligence to support a better-performing built environment.
Chaired by Paul Beeston (RLB), the programme brings together a diverse group of stakeholders to shape a shared approach to AI adoption across the sector. It will focus on enabling responsible adoption, shaping industry norms, and helping the industry prepare for what comes next.
Building on discussions from the Constructing Excellence National Conference, the programme takes a thematic approach to the people, process and technology factors behind successful AI implementation—covering skills, ethics, governance and practical use cases.

The group will engage across the Constructing Excellence movement throughout 2026 with the aim of sharing the outcomes at the 2027 Constructing Excellence Conference. To get involved or find out more, please get in touch.
