The Constructing Excellence Procurement Group explored the challenge of procuring SMEs on 11^th May 2022. SMEs bring tremendous value and innovation to projects but often struggle to break into larger contracts and frameworks. Two of CE’s members, LHC and Cara EPS shared the industry-leading ways they approach this issue.
