The Value Toolkit is a government-backed initiative intended to support changes in the way the construction industry thinks about and measures value. Developed by the Construction Innovation Hub, it is a set of processes and digital tools that enable users to plan and assess construction projects in terms of their impact on the full range of possible benefits, rather than focusing narrowly on cost and schedule.
