The Government Construction Strategy 2016-2020 for the current parliament was issued in March this Year. Don Ward, chief executive Constructing Excellence, will present the case for the Strategy and argue that it will influence positive change in the construction industry. Dr. Stephen Gruneberg, Reader in Construction Economics at the University of Westminster, is the author of the Alternative Construction Strategy, will argue against the strategy and present the case for alternative priorities for the industry.
