G4C Yorkshire & Humber Awards 2025
We are back in 2025 to celebrate the achievements of the next generation in the Yorkshire & Humber region. The awards do not only recognise incredibly talented individuals but also showcase the amazing companies who support, mentor and shape their professional development.
The G4C Yorkshire & Humber awards will reward achievement for organisations and individuals who are successfully pushing our industry forward. This event is a great opportunity for companies who are proactively supporting and leading innovation within the built environment.
G4C believes in collaboration and diversity so the awards are open to anyone throughout all of the construction industry sectors.

Commitment to Employee Development
This award is open for organisations that have demonstrated and sustained a commitment to employee development.
FE Student of the Year
Judges are looking to award Students who are working towards or who have completed a Further Education (FE) within the last 12 months.
HE Student of the Year
Judges are looking to award Students who are working towards or who have completed a Higher Education (HE) within the last 12 months.
G4C Future Leader Award
The Future Leader award celebrates the younger generation of construction and seeks to showcase the hard work and leadership of these up-and-coming professionals.
Mentor of the Year
Judges are looking for individuals who have shown a commitment to developing the future leaders of the industry, investing time and nurturing while offering support and guidance.
New Professional of the Year
Judges are looking for candidates who have completed professional studies within the construction and the built environment sector within the past 36 months.
Technical Apprentice of the Year
This award is open to any technical apprenticeship course within the construction & the built environment sector at any level.
Trade Apprentice of the Year
This award is open to any trade apprenticeship course within the construction & the built environment sector at any level.
Trainee of the Year
Judges are looking for exemplars that stand out from the crowd with outstanding achievements and commitment to training & development showing self motivation.
Women in Construction
This award looks to recognise women who are achievers in the construction industry and who strive to attain excellence for their clients and projects, while also promoting the inclusion and diversity in the wider industry.
ESG/ Sustainability Champion of the year
This award recognises an exceptional individual within the built environment sector who has demonstrably championed sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.
