Constructing Excellence

Design and construction of a new-build, single-storey, two form entry primary school. Providing a brand-new learning facility for the community and caters for approx. 420 pupils from nursery up to Year 6.

Externally, works comprised a vast cut and fill exercise with retaining walls to an extremely sloping site. MUGA pitch, AWP, associated car parking and landscaped areas.

The project has significantly enhanced the Welsh-medium primary school facilities for Swansea, providing a purpose-built modern building, which has enhanced teaching and learning. All delivered collaboratively with exceptional client feedback through a global pandemic.

The project has significantly enhanced the primary school facilities, providing a purpose-built modern building, which has enhanced teaching and learning.
  2. A hugely satisfied customer, scoring 10 out of 10 in the Client satisfaction construction survey in all three phases – pre-contract, mid-contract and post-construction.
  3. The project was completed 8-weeks ahead of programme, with zero defects.
