Winner Building Project of the Year: Lymington Fields School – Key Learning Points

Our series of case studies look at the key learning points from our 2020 award winners and highly commended. Lymington Fields School is Europe’s largest school with over 4,000 pupils. Using Mid Group Ltd’s Manufacturing Led Construction, the school was handed over 7 months ahead of the programme – in just 15 months. The offsite solution allowed a faster delivery, despite a later start on-site, without compromising the quality of the build.
