QWEST ensures communication is clear between all project stakeholders and issues/challenges are resolved fully and swiftly.

As work took place throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, deliveries for the modular build extension to the site were impacted by enforced isolation of drivers. Following consultations with the client, we were able to agree the storage of the building as ‘fl at pack’ on-site, before constructing the panels when required, as opposed to staged deliveries Wharton Green

Five of the new properties were designated as zero carbon pilot homes. EQUANS developed an optimum solution that would also comply with imminent Parts L/F Building regulation changes and SAP 10. The viability of numerous options were tested to ensure that the balance of cost and zero-carbon were achievable. This meant approaching multiple fabric first considerations, and their most appropriate technological solutions, to achieve over 100% in-use NetZero.
