On the 19th February, we held a webinar to share more about how the Value Toolkit can be used to enable value-based decision making on projects and programmes.
The Value Toolkit is a suite of tools to empower clients and policymakers to make value-based procurement decisions that will result in the environmental, social and economic outcomes they want. Constructing Excellence is working with a cohort of the organisations that were involved in the development of the Toolkit to create a community around value-based decision-making and drive implementation.
Below you can view an introductory snippet of the webinar, featuring Alison Nicholl, Head of Constructing Excellence, with some information about how the Value Toolkit came about and what to expect from the rest of the recording.
