Dr Paul Toyne has given an end of year report on construction’’s progress in lowering carbon emissions to Infrastructure Intelligence. As well as being the Director of Sustainability for Balfour Beatty, Paul is the Chair of the Constructing Excellence Sustainability Theme Group.
