Crown Commercial Service and several Cabinet Office Central Commercial teams combined to form GCA on 1 April 2026.

GCA sits at the heart of government commercial delivery, through our Construction Commercial agreement we enable the public sector and its arm’s-length bodies to access a full range of Construction works and services.
