Tracey is Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Kier group. Having been with Kier for 12 years she is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work. Tracey has been fundamental in driving the Kier D&I journey and is proud of their recent Expect Respect Campaign which has introduced 5 Expect principles that now sit alongside the safety, health & environment basics as core to the DNA of the Kier culture. Tracey is also keen to ensure that the industry attracts, retains and progresses diverse talent so it is a place where everyone can thrive and believes that collaboration is key to making this happen.
