Ron Lang is a Regional Director and Chartered Management Consultant at AtkinsRéalis, specialising in transformational change. He delivers advisory services to public and private sector clients, with a focus on transforming the way they deliver large capital investment programmes and portfolios.

Prior to joining AtkinsRéalis, Ron held a number of senior roles in the Government-funded Construction Innovation Hub, culminating in his role as Chief Technical Officer in 2021. He played an instrumental role in projects such as the Value Toolkit and Platform Programme and remains an active member of the ‘Transforming Construction’ community.

Ron is currently seconded into the Infrastructure and Projects Authority, working with government clients to unlock greater efficiency in social infrastructure delivery.
In all these capacities, Ron employs systems thinking as a route to driving change and shaping client and government policy.
