Malcolm Lewis
Malcolm joined Heathrow in 2020 as the Expansion Programme’s Head of Procurement accountable for delivering the procurement activity for Heathrow’s third runway and associated infrastructure to support it. Malcolm has since taken up the post of Head of Infrastructure Procurement, Finance where he is accountable for all the procurement activity supporting the Capital works at Heathrow.
Before Heathrow, Malcolm managed teams at Transport for London, Crossrail and London Olympic and Paralympic Games 2012 delivering projects from inception to completion. During that time, Malcolm also co-authored the procurement module of the IPA’s Initiation Routemap which is due a refresh in 2021. Malcom is a chartered surveyor and Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Malcolm has also worked in the consultancy arena on private and public sector schemes, such as the Ontario Tower in Canary Wharf London, from feasibility through to design, construction and completion.
