Lydia joined Wates Construction as a Site Manager in 2021. She previously worked at Henry Boot Construction Ltd as a trainee before progressing to Assistant Site Manager.

Lydia is also one of the G4C National Chairs and is passionate about giving young people in the industry a voice to strive for change and improvement. She has been part of G4C since her days as a trainee and has worked her way through the organisation to where she is now.
