The European Commission has launched a consultation to extend the Single Market which is considering taking down barriers to service providers working in other member states.
This consideration includes a proposal for a Construction Services Passport and will apply primarily to all general SME construction services contractors to export services to Europe and for European contractors to work in the UK.
