Kieran is currently in year 2 of the ENGIE Management Trainee Programme in Operational Leadership – the programme supports ENGIE staff who have been identified as future leaders within the business. The programme incorporates 4 x 6 month placements throughout the business to give trainees a diverse range of experiences in a range of settings to develop knowledge, understanding and skills to enhance their progression opportunities.
Kieran is currently working on the Service Contract with Manchester City Council in an Operational Management role. The contract delivers mechanical and electrical services in Council owned buildings throughout the Greater Manchester.
Kieran has undertaken 2 previous placements:
- Luton and Dunstable Hospital – Soft Services Contract (Catering and Cleaning) – Kieran line managed supervisors and was responsible for all training and performance management of a large team.
- Olympic Park, London – Total Facilities Management Contract – Kieran was responsible for Contract Compliance and reporting alongside technical audits and improvement plans.
Kieran has performed at a very high level throughout the programme, developing a range of skills in leadership and management demonstrating his potential as a future senior leader within ENGIE.
