Performance Measurement Group
The Performance Measurement group will be meeting to continue exploring different measures and tools available and how they can be used/ what they’re good for. We will be joined by Group Chair Simon Cross, Director at Mott MacDonald.
Join us on Tuesday 2nd December where we will be joined by Melanie Womack, Lead Market Health Analyst from the Cabinet Office to inform how the market health team support government departments, executive agencies and arms length bodies in market management. Melanie is also researching productivity levels within the UK construction market. She will present to the group about aims, activity to date and an emerging barrier regarding standard metrics which the Performance Measurement Group is well versed in. Melanie would welcome members views and there will be time for discussion and input.
