Constructing Excellence Higher Education Brokerage Workshop
16 March, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 1:30 pm UTC+0
The Constructing Excellence Higher Education working group was formed in Spring 2016 with a view to increase collaboration between industry practitioners and higher education. This workshop, hosted by Loughborough University, aims to bring together industry and academia in the iconic setting of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park to stimulate new relationships and strengthen ties. Specifically we are seeking to generate new ideas and collaborations around dissertation topics to ensure students carry out industry-relevant projects and dissertations.
See our blog to see some ideas of how industry can get more involved with academics.
Target audience:
We are looking for faculty representatives from universities offering courses and research in areas relevant to the built environment – we’re not just looking for the obvious subjects, the built environment is a wide sector requiring lots of skills, expertise and technologies.
