Payment is simultaneously essential to business performance and one of the biggest and most emotive industry problems. This members forum will draw on members experience and industry expert views to get under the skin of this perennial challenge, both to understand its impacts and debate potential solutions.

This Forum will;

• Explore the drivers that dictate when payments occur
• Consider how a more transparent and collaborative industry might address the underlying issues
• Ask what role new technologies that digitise payments could play in addressing common payment issues
• Review the potential for alternative funding sources and how this might change the landscape
• Consider the impacts on different industry players and seek to identify actions that might be taken
