We’re pleased to share the Digital Place Playbook 2026, a collaborative publication from the Tech London Advocates PropTech Working Group bringing together expertise from across the built environment and technology sectors.
Alison Nicholl, Head of Constructing Excellence, was among the industry contributors, helping to explore how digital technologies can support the delivery of smarter, more sustainable and higher-performing places.
Reflecting on her involvement, Alison said:

The Playbook explores topics including digital placemaking, digital twins, spatial intelligence, digital construction and future skills, offering valuable insights for anyone involved in planning, delivering and operating the built environment.
