Not only have we delivered 1590 projects in 2023, but we welcomed 6 new starters, opened a third office in Cambridge, and moved our head office.
We became an employee-owned business in 2023. Why? Every business considers succession planning, and this was the only way we could ensure the solution matched the Culture. All employees share in the success of the business and collaborate to drive the business forwards. This has been part of our business strategy for several years, and is the culmination of consultation with employees, to ensure our actions represent the objectives of the staff.
In conjunction with the formation of an EOT, we have established a new board of directors. All Directors have been promoted from within, and we provide structured development to help new Director’s transition to leadership roles.
We promote our professions, we support educators, and we inspire the next generation – this is embedded into our business DNA, everything we do is centred on our Culture of Learning.
