Bradley Longford is the Graduate Business Development Manager at Henry Boot Construction. Bradley started nearly five years ago as a Trainee Business and Marketing Assistant and has recently been promoted upon completing his Professional Practice in Management Degree at Sheffield Hallam University.
As part of his role with Henry Boot, Bradley is involved with several departments in the business; playing a vital role in generating a sustainable pipeline of workload allied to strategy. He does this by communicating with several of the business’s key stakeholders and creating new ones, in turn raising the business’ profile. Also, he is involved in the delivery of our Employment & Skills Plans and wider social value commitments with our Responsible Business Manager as well as contributing towards our marketing output and pre-construction activities.
Bradley is also part of the G4C Committee, Chair of the Apprentice Ambassador Network (AAN) in Y&H and is on the Council for the newly formed Association of Apprentices. Throughout his career Bradley has relished in his role, being able to balance his work effectively and going out of his way to promote apprenticeships and the construction industry, being an exemplar to other trainees within the business.
