Anderson Green are a building services design consultancy. We began in 2001 with 2 people in Nottingham and we are now a team of over 90 people. We’ve grown from our central office based in Nottingham to now having 3 regional offices in Leeds, Sheffield & London.
We are in the fortunate position due to hard work & commitment to our clients that repeat commissions have grown from 56% to 88% over the last 5 years. One of our challenges is maintain this and to grow.
Anderson Green are very aware of issues regarding recruitment in this industry. We’re proud to have developed a successful apprenticeship programme. Now into our 5th year, it has been highly successful & provided us with great talent. Currently we have 4 apprentices and looking to recruit more this year.
Aspects of our company that makes us different to our peers is we have a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of sectors. Enabling our engineers a diversity of projects to be involved with, keeping enthusiasm fresh in the company. We also have the ability and tools to be involved with a project from Stage 1 to Stage 6.
Our staff are naturally of high importance in our business, we invest in them with training and also supporting them pastorally.
