The South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is a specialist trust providing community, mental health and learning disability services to the people of Calderdale, Kirklees, Wakefield and Barnsley. They also provide medium secure forensic services to the whole of Yorkshire and the Humber.
