National Platform – Driving Research in a Changing Climate

The National Platform aims to work with industry to identify and define priority areas for research and development and influence UK and international funders.  The need to accurately reflect a broad range of industry opinion in order to provide a strong voice for industry makes Constructing Excellence the ideal body to take forward the National Platform.

We will be holding a workshop entitled ‘Driving Research in a Changing Climate’ on the morning of 24^th January.  The workshop aims to:

• introduce the National Platform’s new relationship with Constructing Excellence
• understand how the research funding landscape is changing and how the industry can influence that
• set the 2 year strategic agenda for National Platform activities
