The Construction Productivity Forum will consider how the industry can boost innovation and productivity – and raise margins.
The keynote speaker is Lord Adonis, Chair of the National Infrastructure Commission and there will be presentations from Tideway, Skanska, Highways England, Mabey and Komatsu, plus ample time for discussion and networking.
The conference will also hear the results of new research on productivity from the Chartered Institute of Building.
