Lydia McGuinness Steps Down as G4C National Co-Chair, Now Accepting Applications

Constructing Excellence

We’d like to express a heartfelt thank you to Lydia for her excellent leadership as G4C National Co-Chair. She is a true role model for everyone in the construction sector, her career progression, energy and ability to challenge the status quo in her own unique way is phenomenal.

Reflecting upon her time with G4C, Lydia said…

After 8 incredible years with G4C, I’ve made the tough decision to step down from my role as National Co-Chair.

My journey with G4C started as a committee member, then progressed to Regional Chair, and ultimately to National Chair — it’s been an unforgettable experience at every stage. G4C has been a huge part of my career, opening so many doors and allowing me to connect with amazing people across the industry. I’ve had the privilege of watching the network grow and evolve, and I’m so proud of what we’ve achieved together.

Beyond the professional opportunities, I’ve built friendships that I know will last a lifetime. While I’m stepping back from this role, I’ll always be a passionate supporter of G4C and the future leaders it continues to inspire.

We now begin the search for a new National Co-Chair to work alongside Jack Cook and continue to not only grow the G4C movement but support young people across the industry to progress their careers and access a range of opportunities.

Please fill in the application form to register your interest by Friday 16th May.
