David is Turner & Townsend’s Global Managing Director for Energy & Natural Resources. He sits on Turner & Townsend’s Management Board and previously led their UK Infrastructure business. As part of his Global Natural Resources role he oversees work the business undertakes across clean and process energy, transmission, mining, and de-carbonisation. He is responsible for overseeing Turner & Townsend’s relationship with key clients such as Anglo American, Rio Tinto, Tennet, Shell and BP.

He has worked across major programmes including Heathrow Expansion, Terminal 5 and Terminal 2, London 2012, Crossrail, HS2 and HPC. Additionally, he worked across the regulated utilities sector in the UK, being involved in helping a number of water companies establish their portfolios and drive performance improvement.

He is actively involved in industry improvement initiatives, and is a co-chair of Constructing Excellence.
