“I have regular mentoring sessions with Red7Marine’s Head of QHSE. Having built a trusted relationship with Mark, I feel I can openly speak with him on a personal and professional level, enabling me to raise any concerns I have and knowing that he has my back. Mark does not look at the benefit of the company but is always concerned about the wellbeing of individuals and discusses the best approach for moving forward.”
