Integration and Collaborative Working Winner

Red Kite View won the Integration and Collaborative Working Award at the Constructing Excellence National Awards 2022. This project demonstrates true collaboration through the integrated, close working relationship between the team of client, designers, architects, engineers and specialist subcontractors which enabled the adoption of modern methods of construction and different digital technologies.

Red Kite View demonstrates how a project full of unexpected challenges can be successfully delivered by finding solutions through true collaboration. The highly sustainable project was completed safely, on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard, despite a major redesign post-start due to COVID-19 and Brexit challenges.

This project has successfully delivered on Leeds and York Partnership NHS Trust’s vision of achieving a low carbon, BREEAM Excellent and accessible facility for the local community.
