2022 Award Winner Case Study: Parc Eirin

Constructing Excellence

Residential Project of the Year

Parc Eirin won the Residential Project of the Year Award at the Constructing Excellence National Awards 2022. This project is an inspirational demonstration of sustainable, low carbon homes and delivers improved social value through renewable energy solutions to drive down bills, the education of residents to make the most of these solutions and the access to green spaces to allow all access to nature.

The winning feature of this development is that it was built with the future in mind, delivering low carbon new homes at scale. The homes combine a mix of renewable energy technologies (including solar panels, smart hot water tanks, ground source heat pumps, battery storage, smart energy management systems and three phase car charging) to enable them to minimise energy use. It is the first large scale development of affordable, high quality, low carbon homes of this kind in the UK.

We’re delighted to share this winning project as an example of the future of sustainable living. To read the case study about Parc Eirin, click on the image.
