Value Winner
Elephant Rock was one of the Value Award winners at the Constructing Excellence National Awards 2022. Value was at the heart of this project and was defined early on in the process with specific outcomes for different stakeholders.
Hartlepool Borough Council’s commitment to preventing the deterioration of public open spaces led to the development of Elephant Rock, enabling value to be delivered for both the local people and environment. This project also delivered value through the supply chain by keeping it as close to the Borough as possible, creating jobs in the local area.
