The company has taken on an increasing number of high-profile clients in the private sector, while maintaining a consistent public sector workload. The company thrives on having an excellent reputation for quality, whilst also aiming to identify cost savings to Clients whenever possible during the design process and within our design solutions.

- 2024 into 2025 saw a smooth transition to EOT supported by staff through the business, and by involving all staff in the process to become an EOT, we have fostered a sense of ownership and engagement among employees, which has led to improved morale and productivity.
- Stomor’s sustainable Growth Strategy and Workplace Culture has meant that not a single employee has been made redundant in our 17 -year history. In the 2024 fiscal year, we welcomed two new starters (a graduate and an apprentice), and no staff left the company, which is a testament to our workplace culture and job satisfaction.
- Stomor is dedicated to working with local organisations within Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire to support young people in finding work experience opportunities in the Planning & Construction sector.
