With a £1.4 million investment from the UK Government’s Town Deal Fund, we have upgraded onsite facilities and equipment, securing the academy’s long-term impact. Since its inception, the academy has helped over 900 unemployed individuals secure jobs through our bespoke ‘Gateway to Construction’ training programme. In 2024 alone, we delivered 403 training courses and booked 84 Health & Safety tests for Seymour staff—demonstrating our commitment to professional growth.
Beyond training, we champion inclusivity through the FREDIE framework and our pursuit of Investors in Diversity accreditation. Our Women in Leadership programme and STEM engagement initiatives empower future generations while breaking industry stereotypes.
