Three Winning Facts:
- To date we have delivered in excess of £8m worth of Local Economic Value, approximately 75% of the overall contract value.
- Local Employment – We have placed orders in excess of £5.2m with local suppliers, generating the employment of 320 people, which has had a significant impact on the local economy.
- Repeat Business – The Harris project is our third Preston city centre project in the past 5 years. Overall, we estimate to have reinvested approximately £21m of the original capital expenditure of these 3 projects back into the local economy.
