Professionally, Rebecca is a Senior Building Surveyor and a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors); personally, she is driven, dedicated and social. She is enormously enthusiastic about her career and instils a positive and inspiring attitude within RLB.
Early within Rebecca’s career at RLB, she was quickly labelled as a ‘rising star’ within the business, which, paired with the progression of her career, sets her out to be a future leader.
She shows a high level of maturity; undertaking roles within RLB beyond her time, including her role as Vice Lead of People and Culture across the North region of RLB. Rebecca was put forward for this role, despite her age or seniority, as her professional ability precedes her. She acknowledges that the successful delivery of the construction industry is born from the people within it, and she embodies this within her role.
Rebecca never fails to go above and beyond and is not afraid of taking on responsibility or difficult tasks.
