Performance Measurement- Why Should We Measure?

Constructing Excellence

Recently the Performance measurement group has been undertaking a series of work exploring the what, why and how of measuring performance on construction projects. The outcomes of this work have now been pulled together to form the basis of the group’s first white paper, ‘Why Should We Measure?’.

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in the group for their ideas and feedback, and to the following individuals for helping to scope, create and write the paper:

  • Simon Cross, KPMG (Chair)
  • Melanie Jacobsen Cox, NHS England
  • Alison Ramsey, SCAPE
  • Ali Mafi, Timist
  • Timothy Moss, Southern Construction Framework

This will be the first paper in a series exploring why and how we should measure performance on projects. Come along to the Performance Measurement group sessions to share your input in upcoming papers.
