Natasha started her employment with Willmott Dixon as a Sustainability Manager and two years ago she successfully transitioned into her current Bid Manager role responsible for project delivery in the
preconstruction phase.
Natasha consistently demonstrates great efficiency and exceptional people skills and has a unique ability to bring Customers, Team members and the Supply Chain together to deliver outstanding projects.
She does this across different sectors; her projects include schools, an office development and most recently two flight simulator facilities, an unusual project for us. It matters not whether it is a £10m or £40m scheme; she demonstrates the same focus, attention to detail and extremely positive and proactive approach.
In her 4 years with Willmott Dixon, Natasha has been shortlisted for the Women in Construction Green Leadership award, won Willmott Dixon Group Sustainability and Above and Beyond awards and most recently
was nominated by her peers for the Willmott Dixon Building On Better Award in three categories – Customer, Quality and Local Hero.
This clearly demonstrates that no matter what the role, project or situation, she embraces the challenge. She is a great ambassador for the industry, which makes her a perfect candidate for the Constructing Excellence Future Leader Award.
