Mustafa Kadigol

Constructing Excellence

Graduating only a year ago from the University of Reading’s School of Architecture, Mustafa has already demonstrated exceptional leadership and initiative that far exceed expectations for someone at this early stage of their career.

In his current role as a Project Controls Specialist, Mustafa is involved in subcontractor coordination, commercial reporting, tender administration, and the preparation of payment applications for an industrial project valued at over £80 million. While these are typically senior-level responsibilities, Mustafa has taken on key aspects of them under the guidance of more experienced colleagues. One of his most notable contributions was playing a key role and taking responsibility in the tender and comparative analysis process for a subcontract package worth £6–£7million. His strong work ethic and quick grasp of commercial processes earned him the opportunity to present his work to the senior leadership team and client’s chairman—an impressive milestone for someone so early in their career.

Mustafa’s background in architecture gives him a solid understanding of technical and spatial aspects of construction, which he applies effectively in his current role. His proactive attitude, along with his technical foundation, make him a valuable asset to the team.

Mustafa leads by competence rather than authority, consistently delivering results while supporting his colleagues. He has also contributed to business development efforts, attending industry events and identifying opportunities to expand the company’s UK presence. He was invited to the Young Leaders Summit held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York—a recognition that reflects his early potential and global outlook on leadership.
