Tracey Tulloch, based in Scotland, joined the Civil Service in May 2018 after holding senior roles in various sectors for 27 years. As Deputy Director Commercial for the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office, she manages around £2bn in spend across Construction, Facilities Management, Security, and Corporate Services. She oversees strategy and the commercial process for a global portfolio of about 6000 properties. Tracey also contributes to the Government Commercial Function by shaping and developing the procurement profession for His Majesty’s Government.
