Nia is a Director in Burges Salmon’s Construction and Engineering team and provides non-contentious construction law advice to public and private sector clients including central government, local authorities, registered providers, developers, property funds and contractors on a wide-range of complex construction projects and commercial real estate development, in particular in the education, housing and care sectors. Nia spent three years working on secondment as a Commercial Manager in central government and has particular experience in alliancing and collaborative working, as well as advising on Modern Methods of Construction commercial issues and contracting models.
