Nia is a Director in Burges Salmon’s Construction and Engineering team and provides non-contentious construction law advice to public and private sector clients on a wide-range of complex construction projects predominantly in the built environment sector, with particular emphasis on development and regeneration schemes, industrial and logistics projects, facilities management, real estate finance and heat networks.  Nia also has extensive experience in alliancing forms of contract and has advised widely in the nuclear and fusion sectors.

Nia sits on the Constructing Excellence Gold Standard Task Group and on the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard legal working group.
