Mark has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, most of which has involved delivering major projects and programmes for Public Sector clients. Mark has supported clients with setting up frameworks and procured both consultants and contractors off frameworks on behalf of clients. He has also bid for, and been procured off, many of the major frameworks in England, including for projects that have been delivered in international locations including Europa, Africa, North America and the Middle East. Mark brings to the group the perspective of a consultant using frameworks to support the delivery of client projects.
