Jacqueline is a procurement professional who has led on the development of Bristol City Council’s approach to creating Social Value. Through her role managing the Innovate UK funded, Enabling Housing for Inclusive Growth Project, she has collaborated with a range of key stakeholders, including the supply chain themselves, to understand the barriers and challenges to the increased adoption of MMC in the City, a sustainable solution that has the potential to become one of the key enablers to the local authority and its partners to achieve the scale and pace of the development of new homes needed to tackle the housing crisis.
