Hayley Binns leads on the development and integration of The Crown Estate’s Value Creation Framework, setting out the approach to how TCE considers holistic value across its four strategic priorities: financial returns, net zero, nature recovery. The Crown Estate owns and manages a diverse £16bn portfolio that spans Marine, Rural and Urban environments. It is an independent commercial business established by an Act of Parliament, generating financial returns for the Treasury whilst acting in long-term national interest. Hayley’s current role focuses on developing business infrastructure and capability to embed long-term value into BAU.
