With a background in sustainability, Ellie currently supports a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients in driving impactful social, environmental, and economic outcomes. Her expertise in social impact is paired with a strong command of complex stakeholder engagement. Before Akerlof, Ellie was Director of Engagement and Communications at the Construction Innovation Hub, where she played a key role in shaping and deploying industry-defining policies. She also led the pilot testing and engagement of the Value Toolkit, working closely with industry stakeholders to test and refine the approach.
