Alistair is a Director in the Banking and Finance practice of Burges Salmon LLP, specialising in finance in the real estate sector with a focus on housing and healthcare. Alistair has worked in the market for over 12 years, primarily acting for lenders and investors, across a broad range of projects; from funding single-site schemes, £500m+ residential-led regeneration projects through to facilities to house builders funding multiple schemes.

Alistair is active in “Sustainable Finance” and led on the Firm’s first “Green Loan” (in connection with a socially and environmentally sustainable 600-unit scheme in London) and is working on a range of similar initiatives.
