Igniting interest through engaging with career pathways into construction and infrastructure through schools, colleges and universities and providing pathways into the 1000’s of new jobs that are being created to deliver and run HS2. They are bringing forward over 7,000 job opportunities to the West Midlands region and through HS2 Ltd and our supply chain, these opportunities are more than 12,000 combined.
Accelerating the skills of our workforce and supply chain companies to access to CPD, higher level apprenticeships and accredited training offered by the National College for Advanced Transport and Infrastructure (NCATI) and local FE colleges.
Embracing diverse talent through upskilling unemployed job seekers through bespoke, pre-employment training and access routes to apprenticeships across a range of construction and related occupations
